On the evening of September 21, 2024, the third “Zen Realm” large-scale original stage play and Suxin charity dinner hosted by Canada’s Xing Wu Zen Temple was grandly held at the River Rock Theater in Richmond. The wonderful large-scale original stage play once again amazed Vancouver . The bodhi flower blooms, and one thought is pure. Wisdom is like the ocean, compassion creates good relationships.
This charity event attracted nearly 300 people from all walks of life in the city, and as many as 180 actors participated in “Zen Realm”. The whole cast’s superb performance, especially Master Shi Xing wu’s Golden Bell & Iron Shirt, Hard Qigong once again shocked Vancouver. Xing Wu Zen Temple once again used its strength to create the highest realm and the highest level of culture feast in the Greater Vancouver area.
The “Zen Realm” stage play is an original brand of Xingwu Zen Temple. Combined with the Suxin Charity Dinner, it is one of the large-scale charity events that Xing Wu Zen Temple must organize every year. Through this unique form, people from all walks of life can gather together to participate in the grand event, contribute to the preparation of the Canadian Xing Wu Zen Temple, and continue to carry forward Chinese traditional culture and Zen culture in Canada.

Amitabha! Good evening everyone! I am Master Shi Xing Wu of Xing Wu Zen Temple in Canada. I am very grateful to every great virtue and Bodhisattva present today.
Thank you for your constant companionship and generous support. Your kind deeds make us more determined and stronger. Work hard and do better!
Since the Xing Wu Zen Temple Society was officially approved by the Canadian federal government as a legal charity in February 2022, we have actively promoted Buddhist cultural exchanges, widely performed alms, helped the poor, and worked hard to serve the community and promote harmony.
This year is the third year the Suxin Charity Dinner and “Zen Realm” were held. Our purpose is to raise funds for the construction of the Canadian Xing Wu Zen Temple through charity activities.Building a temple and housing monks are not only the ambition of monks, but also the place where the wisdom and spirit of every great virtuous Bodhisattva rests. It requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, and it also depends on the love and blessing of kind-hearted people from all walks of life. I hope everyone will do more meritorious deeds and contribute to the construction of the temple so that the light of Buddha can shine on all living beings.
Thanks again to all the great virtuous Bodhisattvas! Brick by brick, one good thought, one good deed, no donation in vain, blessing future generations. I am willing to join hands with all the good people to participate in this grand event of great blessings and meritorious deeds.

“Zen Realm” is directed by Master Shi Xing Wu. It integrates powerful martial arts and beautiful dance art. The martial arts and dance coexist to express the realm of enlightenment through Zen, self-cultivation through martial arts, beauty through art, compassion and joy. Pursue.
After several months of creation and arrangement, Master Shi Xing Wu and his team cleverly integrated Buddhist culture, Zen realm, philosophy with Chinese Kung Fu and traditional Chinese culture and art, bringing an unparalleled cultural feast to the audience.

Bodhi has no tree, and the mirror is not a stand. There is nothing in the beginning, so how can it cause dust.
The Dharma Master asked for alms, made offerings to the Buddhas of the ten directions, and thanked all the faithful believers in the ten directions.
Philosophical: All conditioned phenomena in the mountains, rivers and earth will flow without rest, and will eventually change. They are all impermanent.
All dharmas arise in accordance with causes and conditions, Sumeru Bodhi, enlightenment.

Xiaolin Zhang:
He has a good foundation in painting and aesthetic theory. Proficient in Chinese art history, world art history and world modern art history. He has a wide range of artistic accomplishments and is particularly knowledgeable about contemporary art. After immigrating to Canada in 2010, his works turned to contemporary art themes. He has become an independent liberal in terms of personal values and is not ideologically affiliated with any political ideas. The artist’s thoughts on creation – Zhang Xiaolin is extremely interested in European and Chinese history. Read a lot of literature. And caused him to think deeply. He believes that although painting is visual, it is easy to be superficial, which is different from the narrative nature of literature and the abstract nature of music. Zhang Xiaolin believes that art has already gone through traditional aestheticism and modernism, and contemporary art must directly express social reality. Pay attention to, think about, question and criticize the direction of human civilization. He believes that with his own efforts, he will be able to achieve ideological content as profound as literature and music.
